I’m Aidan. I’m currently Technical Governance Lead at the UK AI Security Institute. My focus is external assessment.
Previously, at GovAI, I advised companies and governments on risks from frontier AI. Before that, I advised New Zealand policymakers on AI policy, was a Fellow at Pivotal Research, and co-founded an edtech startup.
I grew up in Wellington, New Zealand. I’m now based in London.
